No, we are a team of credentialed emergency and critical care veterinary nurses that can transport, monitor and help your pet get to the closest emergency room all as quickly and safety as possible. We are by law prohibited from diagnosing, prescribing medications, or performing any medical treatments without a veterinarian's orders. 

 We do not carry any DEA controlled substances (pain meds) or medications of any kind. In any emergency situation, It is in your pet's best interest to be assessed by a veterinarian prior to receiving any type of medication 

Call us and we will give you an individual quote based on your pet's emergency situation. We will need your full address including zip code, the age, breed, weight of your pet and the nature of your emergency. Pay a deposit online and we will have a unit dispatched to your location. We will transport to the nearest emergency hospital that is open and available to take emergencies. First 10 miles are not charged, an additional $10 per mile will be assessed after that. We will pick up your pet, asses their condition, monitor vital signs and supply oxygen if necessary. We will also update the receiving emergency staff of your pet's vital signs upon drop off.

Pay a deposit online and a unit will be dispatched to your veterinarian's office. First 10 miles are not charged, an additional $10 per mile will be assessed after that. We will pick up your pet, asses their condition, monitor vital signs, and supply oxygen if necessary. We will also update the receiving emergency staff of your pet's vital signs upon drop off. 

Call us for an individual quote. We will need your location, pet's age, breed, weight, temperament, what services will be needed and how often. We will have a home wellness nurse speak to you to coordinate how we can best assist your pet. Please have your cat confined to a space where they can easily be accessed. Please have any other pets set apart, to make your pet's wellness visit as stress free as possible. We can only assist with medication administration and treatments that have been prescribed by your veterinarian. Please have your medications, treatment supplies and discharge instructions ready for our staff to refer to.

We operate 24 hours a day 365 days a year. However, we reserve the right to change response schedule and times due to nurse availability, severe weather, dangerous situations or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Every individual call receives an individual quote. Quotes vary on mileage from nearest responding nurse(s), response time and patient needs.  

Response time varies due to nurse availability, traffic conditions, and weather conditions. We strive to respond as quickly and safely as possible to assist you and your pet. However, we are not legally able to violate local traffic laws due to an emergency.

In the event of a cancellation, once nurses have been dispatched to your location for emergency transport, a full refund will be given minus a $50 cancellation fee. 

In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hour notice for a home wellness visit, a cancellation fee will be assessed based on the original quote.
