We will need your full address including zip code, the age, breed, weight of your pet and the nature of your emergency. Pay a deposit online and we will have a unit dispatched to your location. We will transport to the nearest emergency hospital that is open and available to take emergencies. First 10 miles are not charged, an additional $5 per mile will be assessed after that. We will pick up your pet, asses their condition, monitor vital signs and supply oxygen if necessary. We will also update the receiving emergency staff of your pet's vital signs upon drop off. (Response time varies on location and traffic conditions. There will be a $50 cancellation fee applied once a unit has been dispatched)

We will have a home wellness nurse speak to you to coordinate how we can best assist your pet at home. (Please have your cat confined to a space where they can easily be accessed. Please have any other pets set apart, to make your pet's wellness visit as stress free as possible) Please know that P.A.W.S. can only assist with medication administration and treatments that have been prescribed by your veterinarian. Please have your medications, treatment supplies and discharge instructions ready for our staff to refer to.
